Thracian Villas needed a comprehensive property management platform to showcase and manage diverse accommodation options—villas, apartments, hotels, and rooms—across Northern Greece. The challenge was to create a unified system that would handle multi-channel bookings, dynamic pricing, secure payments, and seamless integration with major booking platforms while maintaining full operational control.

Result
We built a custom, scalable platform that centralizes property management and guest bookings. The system features automated synchronization with Booking.com, Airbnb, and other OTA platforms, flexible pricing calendars for seasonal rates, integrated online card payments, and automatic invoice generation. The platform connects directly with the property management system, ensuring real-time availability and streamlined operations.
As a result, Thracian Villas now operates with enhanced efficiency, reduced booking conflicts, improved revenue management, and delivers a seamless booking experience that attracts guests from multiple channels while maintaining complete oversight of all properties.
